Audience: this conference will appeal mainly to primary and secondary class teachers, headteachers and support for learning practitioners.

Conference costs from 1 September: Member = £125; Non-member = £150

We are excited to announce that Judy Hornigold,  Rachel Miller and Andrew Jenkins will be our keynote speakers. Judy Hornigold is an independent education consultant specialising in dyslexia and dyscalculia and an Associate Tutor for the BDA and Edge Hill University. She is also a trainer for Maths No Problem training teachers in Singapore Maths. Rachel Miller is one of Dyslexia Scotland’s Young Ambassadors. She has given talks to schools and initial teacher education students and speaks with passion and inspiration about her experiences of dyslexia. At the end of the day, Andrew Jenkins will talk about his dyslexia story and how his skills and experiences led him into a successful career as a Leadership Consultant. Andrew travels the world, providing workshops on leadership and team development, based on collaboration and a growth mindset.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to attend two interactive workshops and visit a large marketplace, displaying a wide range of materials and technologies to support teaching and learning. A draft programme of the day can be found here
